At BytWear, every item is printed on demand and made just for you. Because of this made-to-order process, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-order products

Since each product is custom-printed once you order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Please check our size guide carefully before buying.

When we offer a replacement or refund

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged or defective.
  • With a printing error on our part.
  • As the wrong item (incorrect product, size, or design from what you ordered).

To be eligible, contact us within [7] days of delivery at [support@bytwear.com] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we review and approve your claim, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

What is not covered

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong size or color (please use the size guide).
  • Minor differences between on-screen colors and the printed product, which can occur across different screens.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production begins quickly, you can only change or cancel an order within [12] hours of placing it. After that, your order has likely entered production and can no longer be modified.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take [5–10] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows your order as lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve it with a replacement or refund.
