This policy explains how and when your BytWear order is produced and delivered. Because our products are made to order, your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Production time

Each item is printed on demand. Orders are typically produced and ready to ship within [2–5] business days. During sales, new launches, or peak periods, production may take a little longer.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: approximately [3–7] business days.
  • International: approximately [7–21] business days, depending on the destination.

Your total estimated time to receive an order is the production time plus the shipping time above.

Shipping rates

Order tracking

International orders, customs, and duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Undelivered or returned packages

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional charges may apply) or a refund where appropriate.
