1. About BYTWEAR

BYTWEAR is a premium tech-inspired apparel brand created for developers, AI engineers, startup founders, creators, and builders.

We design and sell apparel through our online store. Our products are generally made to order after a customer places an order, allowing us to offer focused designs while reducing unnecessary waste and overproduction.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are using the website with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You also confirm that the information you provide while placing an order is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Products and Product Information

BYTWEAR sells apparel and related products under the BYTWEAR brand.

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colors, images, descriptions, sizes, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors, fabric appearance, print placement, and finishing may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, production methods, and minor manufacturing variations.

Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes. The final product may have small differences that do not affect the overall quality, usability, or design of the product.

Please review all product details, size guides, color options, and order information before completing your purchase.

4. Made-to-Order Products

BYTWEAR products are generally made to order. This means your item may be produced, printed, packed, and prepared specifically after your order is confirmed.

Because of this made-to-order process, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Not liking the fit after receiving the selected size
Minor color differences caused by screen or lighting variations
Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or not as described.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

The total price shown at checkout may include product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and any other charges displayed before payment.

6. Payment

By placing an order, you authorize BYTWEAR and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. BYTWEAR does not directly store your full card details, UPI credentials, or sensitive banking information.

Your order may not be processed until payment is successfully received and confirmed.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. This confirmation means that we have received your order request.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

Payment failure
Suspected fraud
Incorrect product or pricing information
Incorrect customer details
Product unavailability
Production issues
Shipping service restrictions
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, where applicable.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, production may begin soon after your order is placed.

Order changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order enters production, whichever happens first.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders through third-party courier and fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided on our website or during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, holidays, weather, operational delays, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.

BYTWEAR is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Wrong phone number
Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
Refusal to accept delivery
Courier delays outside our control
Force majeure events

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
With a production or printing error
As the wrong product
In the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order
Missing an item
Confirmed lost in transit by the shipping partner

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

11. Size and Fit

Our size guides are provided to help you choose the right fit before placing an order.

Because BYTWEAR products may have oversized, relaxed, or streetwear-inspired fits, customers should review the size chart carefully before purchase.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues if the size selected by the customer was delivered correctly.

For a more relaxed oversized look, we recommend choosing one size up.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product designs, slogans, artwork, images, graphics, text, product descriptions, website design, and visual identity, belongs to BYTWEAR or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, upload, print, publish, or commercially use any BYTWEAR content, designs, or branding without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
